1. Understand and run, on the prescribed timetable, the current job stream to upload organizations and contacts from iMIS to SalesForce. This includes reviewing exception and audit reports, and coordinating the clean-up of data discrepancies.
2. Work with database staff to expand the job stream in #1 to include additional records and/or fields as requested and approved. (E.g., add international schools, nicknames, or country names?)
3. Understand and run, on the prescribed timetable, the job stream to upload activities history from iMIS to SalesForce.
4. Understand and run, on the prescribed timetable, the job stream to download SalesForce IDs to iMIS. This includes reviewing exception and audit reports, and coordinating the clean-up of data discrepancies.
5. Communicate and work with the Database Staff to effect any necessary process enhancements or changes to the job streams. (E.g. when the fiscal year ends, the activities upload process will need to be modified.)
a. Plan and develop steps for any changes that need to be made to the job stream to accommodate new data and new data sources. (E.g. Data supplied by third party vendors that needs to be integrated into SalesForce
b. Help with preparation for changes during the Sales Cycle.
6. Data entry into iMIS of the SF adds, changes, and deletes. Validate that all triggers to track changes have been implemented in SF.
7. Ensure that the documentation for all job streams is current, and update it as necessary.
8. Work with the National Sales Director on SF operational/marketing projects.
a. Including any reporting or data pulls that are necessary
9. Analyze current processes for possible quick enhancements or for improvements to database consistency, and submit to the database staff for consideration.
10. Provide First level support to the Sales Staff and other needs as assigned)
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Familiarity with developing MS Access queries is a must.
2. Basic working knowledge of SQL is a must.
3. Experience with the Salesforce and the Salesforce Apex Data Loader is a plus.
4. Experience with iMIS is a plus.
5. Excellent attention to detail is essential.
6. Approximately 20-25 hours per week, full days on Tues and Thurs and half day on Fri.
Emphasis: The person needs to be strong in Access queries, somewhat proficient in iMIS, and maybe Salesforce.
