Pastor Paul Graham, a native of Brooklyn, New York, attended Oakwood College and Andrews University, receiving an B.A. in Theology and a Masters in Divinity, respectively.
After Divinity school, Pastor Graham spent thirteen years doing ministry in the New York area, engaging in youth and young adult ministries. He presents each message with the intention of motivating his listeners to prepare themselves for the soon coming of Christ and to work in His vineyard. As a result, in 2002, Full Circle Ministries was launched to empower youth and young adults to participate in evangelism and wholesome activities, reaching both churched and unchurched individuals.
Paul Graham pastored five congregations in the Northeastern Conference of Seventh-day Adventists serving as youth pastor, counselor and chaplain to the schools assigned to the Youth Advisory Committee prior to arrival at Restoration Praise Center. He also served on the ministerial board.
Pastor Graham loves teaching the Word of God and helping as many as possible gain a better understanding of the Gospel and stronger walk with the Master. Through much prayer, he and his family were led to “The Bowie Project”, by way of the Holy Spirit. He endeavors to lead as God requires as he believes, “I can do all things through Christ”.
He is married to Windy Spence-Graham and has two beautiful children, Zenovia and Spencer.

PASTOR PAUL GHRAHAM

Pastor Kelvin L. Mitchell received his training from The Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary at Andrews University, earning a Masters in Pastoral Ministry. He started his formal career in ministry with the Ohio Conference of Seventh-day Adventists (SDA), serving as the Youth/Associate Pastor of the Centerville SDA Church. He distinguished himself early in ministry by his passion for people and his commitment to seek and save the lost. He was ordained to the gospel ministry in May 2002. Pastor Mitchell is also a licensed Clinical Social Worker and still maintains a small private practice. He is married to the former Shoniece Morrison and from their union, have yielded two handsome boys, Keinan and Kenton.
