STEWARDSHIP

God is calling us to do more with the abundant resources with which he has entrusted us. Romans 12:1 - I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.

 

Stewardship is the lifestyle of one who has a living relationship with Jesus Christ, accepts Christ as His Lord, and acts as His agent to manage His affairs on earth. Being a Steward is about much more than money; stewardship also extends into every aspect of our lifestyle. It is all that comes under our management as resources; our health, the environment, relationships, time, and spirituality.

The Bible tells us that only a person who has a relationship with God can truly partner with Him and worship Him with their whole life. One of the goals of the Stewardship Ministry is to provide the congregation at RPC with tools- that as a congregation we may acknowledge God's ownership and Sovereignty so we may worship Him with our whole lives and impact others for His Kingdom!

 

Stewardship encompasses the WHOLE person, and we work in cooperation with other ministries within Restoration Praise Center to ensure that we are effectively impacting our church and community as we strive to use our time, talent, treasure and temple to further God's work. RPC Stewardship Ministry will be achieving this through a variety of ways; faith and finance weekend, nuggets, seminars, communication and technology and working in collaboration with other ministries.
